02Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the qkok platform, including the website at qkok.club and all associated services, games, and features (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and qkok.

By registering an account, making a deposit, or otherwise using any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the Platform.

03Eligibility Requirements

To register and use qkok, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements. qkok reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point and to close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. Players under 21 are strictly prohibited from accessing or using the Platform in any capacity.
• You must be a natural person and not acting on behalf of a corporation or third party unless explicitly authorised in writing by qkok.
• You must not be a resident of, or access the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be self-excluded or excluded by qkok from the Platform at the time of registration or during any subsequent period of use.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration and maintain the accuracy of that information throughout your use of the Platform.

qkok operates an age verification process as part of KYC compliance. Any player found to be under 21 will have their account immediately suspended, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and may have winnings forfeited in accordance with applicable policies.

04Account Registration and Security

Each player is permitted to hold only one account on qkok. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts. When registering, you must provide genuine personal details that match your official identification documents.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your username, password, or account access with any third party under any circumstances.
• All activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, regardless of whether you authorised it. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact qkok support immediately at [email protected].
• qkok may require identity verification (KYC) at any stage. You must provide requested documents within the timeframe specified. Failure to do so may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.
• qkok reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at its sole discretion, including where suspicious activity, fraud, or breach of these Terms is detected.

Accounts left inactive for an extended period may be subject to dormancy procedures. qkok will attempt to contact you using the registered email address before taking any action on a dormant account.

05Deposits and Withdrawals

qkok accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are subject to the minimum and maximum limits displayed in the cashier at the time of the transaction. These limits may be updated periodically.

• Deposits must be made from a payment method owned and registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in the return of funds and possible account suspension.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible. Where this is not possible, an alternative method may be agreed with the qkok support team.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. qkok may request identity, source-of-funds, or payment method documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• qkok is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking systems, or network interruptions outside our direct control.

06Bonuses and Promotions

qkok offers welcome bonuses, reload promotions, free spins, and seasonal offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms displayed at the time the promotion is offered, including applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted.

• Bonuses are credited to your account in accordance with the specific promotion terms. Unless stated otherwise, bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• qkok reserves the right to withdraw or amend any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such amendment does not affect bonuses already credited to a player's account.
• A player may only claim one welcome bonus. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus on multiple accounts constitutes abuse and will result in the forfeiture of all related bonuses and possible account closure.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational play. Evidence of bonus abuse, including matched betting, arbitrage, or exploiting promotions in a systematic manner, will result in the cancellation of all bonuses and associated winnings.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion will expire within the period specified in the promotion terms. Unused free spins that expire will not be replaced or compensated.

All bonus terms, wagering requirements, eligible games, and expiry dates are detailed in the specific promotion page or communication through which the offer was made. If there is any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms will prevail.

07Game Rules and Fair Play

qkok provides access to casino games, sports betting markets, and other gaming content supplied by third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game is subject to its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with game rules before placing real-money wagers.

• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. qkok does not interfere with game outcomes and cannot predict, control, or guarantee results.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or game error during a round, the round may be declared void and all wagers refunded. qkok's decision regarding technical disputes is final and binding.
• Sports betting odds are set by qkok's trading team and may be adjusted at any time prior to settlement. Settled bets will not be re-opened except in cases of manifest error confirmed by qkok.

08Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on qkok. Any player found engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, all associated bonuses cancelled, and any winnings derived from such conduct may be voided.

• Using any form of software, robot, script, or automated system to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for regular human player use.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, match-fixing, or coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit the Platform or other players.
• Registering multiple accounts, or using false identity documents, to circumvent account restrictions, claim multiple bonuses, or bypass KYC requirements.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, money laundering, fraud, or other criminal conduct. qkok complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Exploiting any software bug, glitch, or error in the Platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from exploitation of a known or suspected bug must be reported to support and may be voided.

qkok employs advanced fraud detection systems and cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies where required. Players found engaged in prohibited conduct may face legal consequences in addition to account termination.

09Responsible Gaming
